How can I place an order?
You're welcome to shop online at www.jacadi.in or visit our lovely boutiques in Mumbai and Bengaluru. We’d be delighted to help you choose something special.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and digital wallets—so your checkout experience stays smooth and easy.
Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?
At the moment, we don’t offer full Cash on Delivery. However, we do offer partial Cash on Delivery. To confirm your order, a ₹500 advance payment is required, and the remaining amount can be paid in cash at delivery. A flat fee of ₹150 applies to all COD orders. Please note, partial COD is not available in select pincodes. Our secure online payment options are always available for a seamless and worry-free checkout experience.
Do I need an account to place an order online?
Not necessarily! You can check out as a guest. That said, creating an account helps speed up future checkouts and allows you to easily track your orders.
Are gift cards available?
Yes. We offer both e-gift cards for online surprises and in-store gift cards that can be redeemed during boutique visits in Mumbai and Bengaluru.
I have a gift voucher/gift card. How do I use it?
Simply enter your registered mobile number at checkout and your online gift card value will be applied.
Can I use a promo code or discount voucher?
Absolutely! You can apply your promo code at checkout. If it’s valid, your discount will show up instantly.
My promo code isn’t working. What should I do?
Oh no! Let’s fix that. First, check the expiry and conditions. If it’s all good and still not working, we’re just a message away to help.
Will I receive a payment confirmation?
Yes, once your payment is successful, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email and SMS with all the details.
Can I save my payment details?
Yes, if you have/create an account with us, you can securely save your payment details for faster checkouts in the future.
What should I do if I was charged twice?
We’re truly sorry about that. Please send us both transaction IDs and we’ll sort it out for you right away with a refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
After we recieve, review and approve the refund, it usually reflects within 2–10 business days and depending on your bank. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Do you offer EMI or Buy Now, Pay Later options?
Not just yet, but we’re always working on adding more flexibility. For now, we support a wide range of secure payment methods.
My screen froze during payment. Did it go through?
Please wait a few moments and check your email. If you don’t receive a confirmation within the hour, just let us know and we’ll check on it right away.
Can I cancel and get an instant refund?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll cancel it and process your refund. Just get in touch—we’re here to assist.
I entered the wrong payment details. Can I retry?
No worries! If your payment didn’t go through, simply try again at checkout with the correct details.
My payment got stuck. What happens to my order?
If the payment didn’t go through, your order won’t be processed. You can retry, or contact us—we’ll help you complete it smoothly!
Can my international Jacadi order be delivered to me?
At the moment, we deliver exclusively within India and do not process orders from our other international websites. We truly appreciate your understanding. We are however shipping to select pincodes across India.
How do I get my order delivered faster?
We understand the excitement of receiving something special for your little one. We currently offer standard delivery across India. Orders typically arrive within:
2–4 business days for metro cities.
5–7 business days for non-metro areas.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. You can also log into your Jacadi account anytime to check live updates on your order status.
If an item in my order is no longer available, how will I be notified? Will I receive another package with the missing item?
If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you by email or phone and promptly refund the amount. The rest of your order will still be shipped so your Jacadi experience isn’t delayed.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order — just log in to your account or contact our customer care team. Please note, once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
My order was cancelled, what should I do?
We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience. If your order was cancelled, a refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. If you haven’t received a refund or notification, please share your order ID, contact number, and email—we’ll look into it right away.
Can I track multiple orders in one place?
Yes. Simply log into your Jacadi account to view all your current and past orders in one convenient place. You can also refer to your order dispatch emails for individual tracking links.
How long does it take for my tracking link to arrive?
You’ll receive a tracking link within 24 hours of dispatch via email. If you haven’t received it by then, let us know—we’ll be happy to assist.
What if the tracking information isn’t updating?
Sometimes tracking updates can be delayed by the courier. If it’s not been updated for more than 48 hours, please contact us so we can investigate for you.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can help update your delivery address. Just contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll take care of it.
What happens if I’m not home when the order is delivered?
No worries at all—our delivery partner will make upto 3 attempts. You can also reschedule directly with them using the tracking link.
Can I choose a delivery date or time slot?
Currently, we don’t offer scheduled deliveries, but your order will be delivered as soon as possible. We promise to keep you updated every step of the way.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If your item was received damaged, defective, or has been lost in transit, we’re here to make it right.

Can I get a copy of my invoice or receipt?
Of course. You can find your invoice attached in your order confirmation email or download it anytime from your Jacadi account under “Order Details.”
What if my order is delayed?
While we aim to deliver promptly, delays can occasionally occur. If your order hasn’t arrived in the expected timeframe, please reach out—we’ll check on it and update you right away.
How do I know my order was successfully placed?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us to confirm.
What are the delivery methods?
We offer reliable standard delivery to select pincodes across India.
Shipping is free on orders above ₹4,999. For smaller orders, a delivery fee of ₹99 applies for Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru and ₹199 for other serviceable pincodes across India.
Delivery Timelines:
Metro cities: 2–4 business days from dispatch
Non-metro cities: 5–7 business days from dispatch
Please note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. During peak seasons or festive periods, delivery timelines may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
How can I get free delivery?
Enjoy free standard delivery when your order total is ₹4999 or more.
Changing or cancelling an order once placed.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please get in touch within 24 hours of placing it. After that, changes might not be possible as your order may be shipped.
Where can I get my order delivered?
We deliver to most PIN codes across India. Just enter your PIN code during checkout to check if delivery is available at your location.
Can someone else collect the order on my behalf?
Yes, the delivery can be received by anyone present at the shipping address.
For store pickups, a valid photo ID and the order confirmation email is required at the time of collection.
In-Store Pickup is currently available in Mumbai and Bangalore, and your order will be ready within 24 hours of confirmation.
What happens if I can’t collect my order?
Don’t worry if you miss the first attempt — our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If they're unable to reach you after that, the package may be returned to us. But we’re always here to help—just reach out if you need assistance.
What do I do if an item is missing from my order?
Please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with your name, phone number, email address and Order ID. We’ll look into it and make sure you receive your items on priority.
Can I change my delivery address after I’ve placed my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, just contact us and we’ll happily update the delivery address for you.
Can I have my order delivered to my work address?
Yes, simply enter your work address as the shipping address at checkout.
Order cancellation by Jacadi
If we need to cancel your order due to stock or delivery issues, don’t worry — you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Can I schedule my delivery for a specific time or date?
While we can’t offer scheduled deliveries just yet, our delivery partners will ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible within their usual timelines.
What if my delivery is delayed?
Sometimes, unexpected delays may occur due to weather or logistics issues. You can always track your shipment using the tracking link in your email or reach out to our team — we’re here to help.
What are the shipping charges?
We charge a flat delivery fee of ₹99 for metro cities and ₹199 for other locations across India. The applicable charges will reflect at the checkout. Enjoy complimentary standard delivery on all prepaid orders above ₹4,999 (except COD).
What happens if my order is lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived 7 days after the estimated delivery date or if the tracking hasn't moved, please contact us. We'll investigate and offer a refund or replacement based on your preference.
Will I be charged again if I exchange an item?
A flat pickup fee of ₹150 applies for all exchanges. If the new item exceeds the current order value, you’ll receive a payment link to pay the difference.
How can I exchange an item purchased online?
If your order was placed on our website (www.jacadi.in), you can request an exchange directly from by contacting our customer service team. Please note that online purchases cannot be exchanged at our physical stores.
How can I get a refund for an item purchased online?
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out—and that’s perfectly okay. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets our return conditions:
1) Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
2) All tags, packaging, and hygiene seals (if applicable) must be intact
3) Returned in original packaging
Once you place a return request, our team will verify and confirm return eligibility within 1–2 business days
Pick up for product will be arranged accordingly within 72 hours of return confirmation
Refund timeline:
Once the return is approved at our facility, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2-10 working days. Full refund will be made (including the shipping delivery charges).
How will I be refunded for my order placed online?
All refunds for online orders will be made to the original payment method, once the returned item is inspected and approved at our facility.
How long will it take to receive a refund for my order?
Once your return is received and approved, please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
I received a gift that doesn't suit me, can I exchange it?
Yes, gifts can be exchanged as long as they meet our standard exchange policy.
Online gifts must be exchanged through our website.
Store-bought gifts must be exchanged at the original store.
Please ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and seals intact. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can’t be done across channels.
I gave a gift that is not suitable for my loved one, can I get a refund?
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. If you made the purchase, you may initiate the return. Gift recipients can opt for an exchange, depending on the purchase channel and item condition.
What is the return policy on Jacadi India?
You may return an item within 14 days of purchase (or delivery for online orders), provided it’s unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Please note: Hair accessories and socks are not eligible for return or exchange.
How are returns processed?
For online orders: Initiate the return on our website with images and an unboxing video.
Please note that returns must be processed through the same channel as the original purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled by contacting our customer care provided they have not been given to our courier partner for delivery.
How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method after inspection and approval. This applies only to online purchases.
How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days after the item is received and approved.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes, partial returns are accepted — just make sure the item is eligible.
My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
You may request an exchange within 30 days via the same channel used for the purchase. If the item was purchased online, the exchange must be done through our website. Exchange is subject to stock availability.
If it was purchased in-store, the exchange must be done at the same store.
Please note: Exchanges cannot be made across channels (i.e., online purchases cannot be exchanged in-store and vice versa). Please ensure that:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All tags, packaging, and hygiene seals (if any) are intact. Products must be returned in the original packaging.
Can I return or exchange sale or discounted items?
Sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged. This includes items purchased during seasonal promotions or with discount codes.
What if my return is rejected?
If your return doesn’t meet our policy (e.g., tags missing or signs of use), the delivery agent will not collect the item. In such cases, the return request will be closed.
I have created a Return request. When will the product be picked up?
Our delivery partner will usually collect your item within 4–7 days of our review of the information submitted and approval of the same for a return. Thank you for your patience while we coordinate the pick-up!
What if I forget to take an unboxing video?
We highly recommend an unboxing video to help us resolve return/refund requests faster. However, if you’ve missed it, do share detailed images and order details. We’ll do our best to assist you.
Can I exchange my item for a different product?
Exchanges are allowed subject to availability of alternate sizes for the same product. If you would like a different product, you can request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
My item has a small defect. Can I still return or exchange it?
We’re so sorry to hear that. Please share photos and a brief note on the issue within 14 days of delivery. If it’s verified as a defect, we’ll arrange for a swift exchange or refund.
Can I return or exchange Jacadi products purchased from another website?
Only orders placed on www.jacadi.in or in a Jacadi India store can be returned or exchanged with us. For purchases made via other retailers or marketplaces, please contact them directly.
How to redeem E-Gift card?
To redeem your Jacadi e-Gift Card online:
Add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout
Confirm your address and click ‘Proceed to Payment’
Under ‘Other Payment Options’, choose ‘Gift Card’
Enter your Unique Code.
Click ‘Apply’
Do Jacadi gift cards expire?
Yes, Jacadi India e-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. We encourage you to redeem them within this period.
When is the Jacadi issued E-Gift Card sent to the recipient?
The gift card email is sent on the date selected at the time of purchase. If the selected date is the current day, then the email is sent within an hour or two. If the recipient hasn’t received it, please have them check their Spam or Junk folders. If it’s still missing after 48 hours, let us know — we’ll help.
How do I cancel gift cards?
Unfortunately, Jacadi gift cards are non-cancellable and non-refundable once issued. Please double-check the recipient details and amount before placing the order.
What does the recipient of an e-gift card receive?
The recipient will receive an email with all the details:
Gift card number
Card value
Sender’s name and personal message
Redemption instructions
What happens if I need to return something I purchased with my Gift Card?
We do not offer a return for any products purchased using a gift card (full or partial). You may choose to exchange the product per the terms of the exchange policy.
How many Gift Cards can be used in one transaction?
Only one Jacadi India gift card can be applied per transaction.
Can I use Jacadi to send gifts to others?
Absolutely! Jacadi India offers a gifting option at checkout for select products. You can choose gift box and include a personalized message in your shopping bag.
Will the pricing, discount and payment information be displayed on the package sent to the recipient?
For store purchases, simply ask our team to remove the price tags while gift wrapping. For online orders, while pricing, discount and payment, are not printed on the outer packaging, invoice and product tags inside will carry the original MRP.
Can I use a Jacadi India gift card with another payment method?
Yes. If your total exceeds the gift card value, you can pay the remaining balance using any of our accepted payment methods.
