Shipping & cancellation policy

JACADI.IN - SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Charges: Rs.99 for Metro Cities delivery. Rs.199 for rest of India delivery. With no rules added on the weight class. The shipping charges can be revised by Jacadi Paris India at any point without prior intimation. The new charges will reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow. Please note that deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or logistical challenges. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays. We currently ship only within India. International delivery is not available through the Indian website.

Shipping Timeline: 2-4 business days for metro cities and 5-7 for non-metro cities from dispatch. (business days exclude Sundays and public holidays). Shipping timelines may be slightly extended during peak seasons or public holidays.

COD Option: We offer partial Cash on Delivery (COD) with a payment of 500 upfront in order. A flat fee of ₹150 will be charged at checkout for all COD orders.

Partial COD will be available across India, except for certain states/regions.

Additionally, For partial COD, maximum order value is ₹20,000.

Free Delivery Threshold: Free Delivery on orders worth value above Rs.4,999, except for COD orders.

Express Delivery: There will be no separate option for express delivery.

In Store Delivery Options: Available. The pick-up of the order will be ready in 24 hours. Only available for Mumbai & Bangalore.

Courier Attempts: Up to 3 delivery attempts. If the brand and the courier partner is still not able to connect with the customer, the parcel will be returned back to the origin source from where the pickup occurred.

Lost Package Protocol: Please get in touch with the customer care team (With phone number and email id mentioned)

A. Definition of a Lost Package

A package is considered lost if:

  1. The tracking status remains unchanged for more than 7 consecutive business days after the estimated delivery date.
  2. The courier partner confirms the parcel is lost or untraceable.
  3. The parcel is marked as delivered, but the customer has not received it and provides proof (within 48 hours) that the parcel was not accepted.

B. Steps to Report a Lost Package

If you suspect your order is lost:

  1. Contact our Customer Care team via email (contact@jacadi.in) within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  2. Share your name, phone number, email and Order ID.
  3. Provide any additional proof requested (e.g., screenshots, message from delivery partner) in case the parcel is marked as “delivered.”

C.   Resolution

Once the package is confirmed lost:

Per the customer's choice:
1. A full refund to your original payment method, OR

2. A replacement shipment, subject to product availability.

Transport Mode: By Air, except for Intra city and Intra region.

JACADI.IN - PREFERRED CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Timeline: Cancellation of the order is only allowed in case if the order is not dispatched. Orders which have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation Reason: No questions asked.

Cancellation Process: The cancellation process can be initiated via email (contact@jacadi.in), or by directly connecting with the CS team on call or Whatsapp (+91 8657036263).

Refund Timeline (If Prepaid):  Refund timelines may vary between 2 to 10 business days. For partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, only the amount paid in advance will be refunded.

Key Exclusions: E- Gift cards cannot be cancelled.
