Exchange Policy

* Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase with the sales invoice. Merchandise must be in saleable condition- unworn, with original tags and labels attached.
* No refunds or exchanges on discounted items.
* Swimwear, socks, accessories are non-returnable.
* In case of price differential, the store will not refund cash.
* Credit Notes are valid for 3 months and can only be used at Jacadi India stores.
* Damage due to neglect will not be accepted for exchange.
* Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai.
